Library Rules of the Department of International Relations, Universitas Gadjah Mada

  1. The library collection is open for borrowing to the general public.
  2. Book borrowing can be done using an identity card, both student identity and personal identity (KTM/KTP/SIM/other identity cards).
  3. Books can be borrowed for a maximum period of 1 week (7 days), and if it exceeds the required period, a fine of IDR 500.00 per day will be imposed.
  4. In one loan, the borrower is allowed to borrow a maximum of three books.
  5. The extension of the loan can be done by confirming to the IIS library staff, no later than the last day of the loan duration.
  6. Borrowing can only be done during the library’s active hours, namely 08.00 – 12.00 and 13.00 – 16.00 (Monday-Friday).

Tata Tertib Perpustakaan Departemen Ilmu Hubungan Internasional Universitas Gadjah Mada

  1. Koleksi perpustakaan terbuka untuk peminjaman bagi khalayak umum.
  2. Peminjaman buku dapat dilakukan menggunakan kartu identitas, baik identitas kemahasiswaan maupun identitas diri pribadi ( KTM/KTP/SIM/ Kartu identitas lain).
  3. Buku dapat dipinjam dalam jangka waktu maksimal 1 minggu ( 7 hari), dan apabila melebihi jangka waktu yang seharusnya maka akan diberlakukan denda sebesar Rp 500,00 per hari. 
  4. Dalam satu kali peminjaman, peminjam diperbolehkan meminjam buku dengan jumlah maksimal tiga buah buku.
  5. Perpanjangan peminjaman dapat dilakukan dengan konfirmasi kepada IIS library staff, paling lambat pada hari terakhir durasi peminjaman.
  6. Peminjaman hanya dapat dilakukan pada jam aktif perpustakaan, yakni pukul 08.00 – 12.00 dan 13.00 – 16.00 ( Hari Senin- Jumat).
