General Guidelines
- Abstract submission may include individual papers or panels. Each paper may be presented by 1-3 individuals. Each proposed panel should include 3-4 papers or presenters.
- The abstract is original work and has not been published and/or submitted elsewhere; it is not under consideration, peer-reviewed or accepted for publication, in any other publication media, including publishing houses, personal blogs, or academic websites.
- The abstract does not contain any plagiarism elements.
- Authors should disclose the use of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in a statement in their published work.
Submission Guidelines
- All abstracts must be submitted only via the online form: http://ugm.id/CfAGoSouth2025.
- Applicants are welcome to submit more than one abstract and may complete multiple submission forms. For co-authored submissions, the application form must be completed by the first (lead) author.
- Accepted authors must complete payment by 22 August 2025, 23:59 (GMT+7). For co-authored submissions, the first author is responsible for making the payment on behalf of the team. Please note that the conference fee applies to each individual participant, not per abstract—each listed author must register and pay the fee.
- Authors of accepted abstracts who wish to have their papers included in the conference proceedings must submit the full manuscript by 5 October 2025, 23:59 (GMT+7).
Abstract Content
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Abstracts should be no longer than 150 words, excluding keywords.
- All submissions should follow the conference submission template:
- Title
- Names of the authors
- Reflect the problems, conceptual framework, methodology, and result or findings.
- Use third person narrative. For example, use “The study explored…” instead of “We explored..”.
Panel Proposal Guidelines
If you wish to propose a panel for the conference, please note the following:
- Fill out the online form to propose the panel. Each panel should be submitted for proposal only once.
- Each proposed panel should have 3-4 papers to be presented.
- Individual Abstract Submission: The panel coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all four panelists submit their individual paper abstracts through the general abstract submission section by the stated deadline.Please note that submitting a panel proposal does not replace the requirement for each panelist to submit their abstract separately.
Dissemination Guidelines

- The article should only be written in English.
- The article should consist of 3,000 words, excluding references.
- Referencing and citing technique used is APA 7th edition, with in-text citation format.
- The text of the article must be in (font), 12pt font size, 1.5 line spacing.
- Written on A4-sized paper (21 cm x 29.7 cm), with the following margins: left 2.5 cm, right 2 cm, bottom 2 cm, and top 3 cm.
- For tables, use the table format instead of JPG/sheet format. Each table must be numbered in numerical order and is equipped with captions and sources.
- For figures and charts, objects are manually created instead of JPG format. Each figure and chart must be numbered in numerical order and are equipped with captions and sources.
- For images, use high resolution (minimum 300 pixels). Every image included in the manuscript must be attributed to its source.
- Include author’s bio that consist of name of author and co-authors, affiliations (including country), and email addresses.
- Articles above 15-20% for plagiarism check will not be included in the proceeding.
- Poster

- The poster should only be written in English.
- Submitted as a digital file in PDF format, limited to one page. The poster should also be in its original form and not compressed.
- Poster dimensions: A1 size (84.1 cm x 59.4 cm).
- Font selection is open to participants
- Orientation should be portrait (vertical layout).
- Highlight the main point so that it can be read and understood from a distance
- The text should be limited to 500-800 words.
- Include researcher names and affiliations, title, problem statements, research questions, methodology, main arguments, result or findings, conclusion, references, and funding acknowledgments (if applicable).
- Include images, graphics, or charts to convey information, and make use of basic visual design principles.
