As Research Coordinator, Nadya is responsible for identifying potential research opportunities (from both national and international grantors), supervising the planning, implementation, and evaluation of research projects, and overseeing the production of high-quality research outputs. Her main research interest is geared towards intersection between global politics and the humanities, having presented her undergraduate thesis on the politics of Indonesian city pop in the 15th Popular Culture and World Politics conference held by IR UGM. Currently, Nadya is working on a project to monitor Indonesia’s shrinking civic space (funded by NORAD and administered by Yayasan Humanis Inovasi Sosial-HIVOS).
