This research aimed to revise the academic paper on whether Indonesia needed to ratify the amandment of Marrakesh Agreement in which, at that time, has incorporated the element of Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) within. IIS gave revision to the academic paper by providing legal and theoretical arguments.

Merevisi naskah akademik mengenai apakah Indonesia perlu meratifikasiamandemen Marrakesh Agreement yang kini memasukkan elemen Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) ke dalam kesepakatan. IISmemberikan sejumlah revisi melalui argumentasi legal dan teoritik terhadap naskah akademik tersebut.
